Training Methodology :
BSE Training Center has pledged to offer practical training programs in order to upgrade the skills and capabilities of trainees. To ensure the quality of the training programs.
Quality Assurance :
BSE Training Center pledges to provide customers with effective training programs that exceed their expectations and gain their satisfactions. In case the training programs fail to achieve the customers’ satisfaction, the Center commits to re-organize the program by other instructors for the same group.
Evaluation :
- Process of evaluation: To ensure high quality of training, BSE Training Center has regularly evaluated the training elements. It always conducts a regular assessment by inviting panels of expert reviewers to provide independent evaluations of the training elements based on best practices that aim to explore the strength points and invest them. At the same time the evaluations can also eliminate the weakness.
- Participants: At the end of each training Program, trainees are asked to evaluate the elements of training program (instructors, training portfolios, materials, training venues, and training center).
- Instructor: During and after each training program, the Instructor is asked to assess the trainees, training portfolio, materials, and training center.
- Training coordinator: The training coordinator regularly evaluates the training programs, training portfolios, Instructors, and training services.
Trainers
BSE Training Center implements its training programs through highly qualified and professional number of experts based on the partnership with the customers to effectively transfer knowledge and experience. BSE invests its top-notch experience and in-depth knowledge to provide our customers with world-class services. To have a satisfactory training outcome, each trainee will be asked at the end of each training day to fill out a training assessment form, to evaluate the instructor.
